Shannah is the founder of Mrs. Bunkins Loaded Potatoes whose mobile potato meals have been a huge favorite at the annual Block Builderz Community Resource Fair. Shannah’s goal is to have a small restaurant in north Tulsa as it is her passion to provide a hot meal for people in her community.
